Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator -LTC Facility - Little Neck, NY

*Salary: up to $65K per year (depending on experience)*

Requirements:

• Must have prior Staffing/ Scheduling Coordinator experience
• Must be tech savvy
• Must have long term care experience

• ·Must have Knowledge of SPV a plus (payroll software)

• Must be a people-person, strong leadership qualities, a great problem-solver, and proactive

Description:

• Oversees a team of employees, providing them with information and guidance.
• Responsible for coordinating schedules and staffing within the facility.
• Responsible for keeping their team motivated and performing at its best.
• Identify company employee requirements and create a staffing strategy.
• Assist the HR department with hiring, training and on-boarding new employees.
• Prepare work schedules and enforce compliance with company and industry labor requirements.
• Create daily staffing reports, monitor employee performance and submit weekly reports to management.
• Determine staffing shortfalls and report job vacancies and scheduling problems to human resources.
• Confirm staff details and working hours to ensure accurate employee compensation.
• Arranging Transportation
• Managing background checks
• Managing Recertification process for CNAs
