We are looking for a motivated and professional Benefits Administrator to join our team!!
The Benefits Administrator is responsible to manage AGP’s benefits package, including health, worker’s compensation, life and disability insurances, leaves, and retirement. This requires relevant knowledge about employee benefits and the various laws and regulations which apply to them. The primary objective is to deliver high levels of customer service to employees, ensuring they have a positive experience in taking full advantage of the benefit offerings provided by AGP.
Requirements
Duties/ Responsibilities:
o Process benefit enrollments, deductions, and qualifying events timely and accurately in the HRIS and with carriers.
o Assist with the benefit onboarding process for new hires, educating employee on plan eligibility, features, and coverages, answering questions and assisting with enrollment in the HRIS as needed.
o Deliver exceptional customer service to HR partners, employees, and their dependents when addressing benefit related inquiries and issues.
Other duties as assigned.
