We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor who knows the ropes. This isn’t about being flashy; it’s about leading a team that sells quality apparel with the same hard work and honesty our customers expect from our products. You'll oversee our sales team, ensure our store runs like clockwork, and keep our standards sky-high.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Directly lead our sales efforts on the floor. Your job is to see real results.
• Lead Teams: Manage and motivate our sales team. We want leaders, not bosses.
• Customer Service: Handle customer interactions with straightforward solutions. Make sure their problems meet your solutions.
• Training: Equip your team with the skills they need to succeed. No fluff, just necessary know-how.
• Operations: Keep our store in tip-top shape, from inventory to layout.
• Reporting: Track everything from socks sold to customer comments. Know your numbers, no guesswork.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma is a must, more education is a plus.
• Experience: 3 years in retail sales, with at least a year in charge.
• Skills: Know your way around the essentials—POS systems, inventory software, Excel.
• Availability: Nights, weekends, holidays. It’s retail.
