**Corporate Collections Specialist**
You will work as a team player within the structured service center environment which also include individual responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be a top performer with a proven track record of success
They will be individuals with both competitive and strong will to win attitudes
**Minimum Qualifications:**
Minimum 1 years of recent collections experience or, 2 years of sales experience with some collections experience
Proven experience in negotiating in depth payment arrangements
Ability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frame's while maintaining accuracy
Moderate to highly analytical individual with strong financial acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
Proficient PC skills (MS Office) and web knowledge
High attention to detail and ability to adhere to American Express practices, policies, and procedures
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Inbound/outbound Call center experience
Knowledge of Fair Debit Collection Practice Act and laws
Experience with Risk initiatives as they pertain to client level risks
Commercial collections experience
**Additional Details:**
Hours of Operations: Monday-Friday 6:00am 6:00pm Phoenix time (8:00am-8:00pm EST)
Hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office 2 days WFH)
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $20.00 to $24.00 hourly bonus benefits
