Some of your daily responsibilities will be
Excelling in patient care and administrative duties
Warmly greeting patients and ensuring their personal and insurance information is up-to-date
Effectively communicate treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients ensuring they understand their options
Verifying insurance coverage and accurately recording payments in patient accounts
Prepare the daily deposit ensures smooth financial operations
Maintaining a positive, organized, and efficient atmosphere in the dental office contributing to overall team productivity and patient satisfaction
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two or more years of previous experience as a treatment coordinator in a dental practice is preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft and DENTRIX software applications
General dental experience is a must
Proven ability to manage office team
Our opportunity offers
$23 to $25 per hour
Full -Time, Monday-Friday
