- Excelling in patient care and administrative duties
- Warmly greeting patients and ensuring their personal and insurance information is up-to-date
- Effectively communicate treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients ensuring they understand their options
- Verifying insurance coverage and accurately recording payments in patient accounts
- Prepare the daily deposit ensures smooth financial operations
- Maintaining a positive, organized, and efficient atmosphere in the dental office contributing to overall team productivity and patient satisfaction
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two or more years of previous experience as a treatment coordinator in a dental practice is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft and DENTRIX software applications
- General dental experience is a must
- Proven ability to manage office team
- $23 to $25 per hour
- Full -Time, Monday-Friday
