Smile Straight Orthodontics is offering a full-time opportunity as a Treatment Coordinator at our office. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and wants to make a positive difference in their community.
JOB TYPE: Full-time
SCHEDULE: Monday -Friday
MONTHLY BONUS: Treatment Coordinators will be eligible for monthly bonuses.
EXPERIENCE: 1 years in front office reception/patient coordinator

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients.
- Conduct initial consultations with patients to discuss dental procedures, treatments, and associated costs to patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their recommended treatment plans.
- Act as liaison between Dentist and patient
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-up communications promptly and professionally.
- Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and credit options that may be offered
- Routinely follow up with patients throughout the course of treatment
- Update patient education materials and maintain a professional reception area
- Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations
