Creates and modifies basic load files to be used for loading into litigation support databases.
Performs native file processing.
Making copies of media such as thumb drives and discs using encryption software.
Ensuring the accuracy of data loading, manipulation, and conversion by performing and documenting quality and accuracy checks.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ensuring that incoming productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications and when deficiencies are found, provides senior Contractor IT staff with notice of deficiencies.
If needed, performing intake/staging of productions to include virus scanning and copying data to the appropriate network location.
Processing files from native formats to TIF image format.
Identifying productions for download and assists with preparing files for loading.
**Required: Qualifications:**
Have hands-on experience with a variety of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
Solid organizational skills including high-level attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Must possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to both management and clients.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
Knowledge of text editors, file manipulation applications and experience with eDiscovery technologies (IPro, ICONECT, and Relativity).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience processing loose-files and/or load-ready data into the E-Discovery Platform, is extremely helpful.
Experience in automated litigation support extremely helpful.
Familiarity with eDiscovery Services spanning across the EDRM.
Knowledge of Governments IT environment, including office automation networks, PC, and server-based applications very helpful.
Undergraduate degree preferred; preferably in communication science or information management/technology fields.
