Key Responsibilities Include:

Billing and Finance:

• Oversee billing processes, including submission of claims, payment tracking and analysis, and reconciliation, to ensure accurate and timely billing cycles.
• Utilize Theralytics software to analyze financial data and optimize revenue cycle management.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure compliance with financial protocols, budget management, and payroll reconciliation.
• Generate accurate compliance and billing reports for submission to the finance office, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

Intakes and Credentialing:

• Manage and assist with the intake processes to facilitate the seamless admission of clients into our programs.
• Oversee the credentialing process for newly hired staff as well as assisting with the upkeep and renewal of current credentialed ABA staff.
• Maintain contracts with insurance providers.

HR and Recruitment:

• Collaborate with the recruitment and human resources offices efforts to attract, hire, and retain qualified staff members, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of ABA services and behavioral health practices.
• Experience with credentialing processes and compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Financial background with proficiency in budget management and payroll reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Theralytics or similar financial analytics software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a focus on practice management and billing.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to behavioral health services.

Salary Range:

$70,000-$80,000/yr
