Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily inventory operations of our organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas. This is a key leadership role that requires strong strategic planning, process improvement, and supervisory skills.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity

- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support

-Opening and closing the store

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

- Assist in Sales as needed

-Managing deliveries

-Tracking of Inventory

Requirements:

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities

- Proficient in process improvement methodologies

- Solid understanding of financial management principles

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Proficient in project management software/tools
