Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Maintaining health, safety and human rights of all individuals and staff members at all times.
• Implement all clinical, educational and vocational programs on a daily basis.
• Observes and records accurate data.
• Ensure that the residence is clean and appealing at all times.
• Maintain positive and accurate communication with all stakeholders including management, government agencies and families/guardians.
• Assist in transport of the individuals; will be asked to drive company vehicles.
• Observe and safeguard human rights.
• Performing physical management strategies (including physical restraints) to keep students and others safe from challenging behaviors.

Qualifications:

• No experience needed! Will train the right candidate!
• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• First Aid and CPR Certification (American Heart Association) or ability to become certified
• MAP Certification or ability to become certified
• Must have and retain an active driver’s license
