We are currently seeking a new Unit Manager who makes having an in-depth relationship with your residents and their family members, while also having great rapport with staff their top priority. The Unit Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing nurse staff and reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within the facility. Our ideal candidate is dependable and personable while acting as liaisons between residents and their families. Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are both encouraged to apply.
