Leading teams of engineers across teams and organizations towards meeting challenging goals, helping us continuously making our platform ready for our current and future challenges.
TPMs at Amazon work on real world problems on a global scale, own their systems end to end and influence the direction of our technology that impacts hundreds of millions customers around the world. At Amazon a TPM can expect to lead some brilliant minds in designing flexible and scalable solutions, and work on some of the most complex challenges in large-scale computing.
As a member of WW Deals and Promotions, you will be a key player in driving the growth of Amazon's Consumer business by enabling more and more business to onboard to the most sophisticated and scalable eCommerce platform in the world. You will drive future solutions that will impact how we run the Consumer business worldwide and interface with many teams, both technical and non-technical, across the company, and most importantly - you'll get to work with some awesome people having a lot of fun!
As a Sr Technical Program Manager, you will be the part of senior leadership for WW Deals and Promotions. You will be part of the larger technical leadership community at Amazon. This community forms the backbone of the company, plays a critical role in the broad business planning, working closely with senior executives to develop business targets and resource requirements, influences our long-term technical and business strategy, and ultimately enables us to deliver innovative new solutions rapidly.

We, WW Deals and Promotions team, at Amazon strive to save money for customers and help sellers and small business to make their business on Amazon easy.
We own core technologies that powers Amazon eCommerce platform. Services owned by our team are consumed by hundreds of businesses at Amazon with multi-billion dollar impact. We operate at scale, for example on Cyber Monday, 2023, at the peak hour one of the service served 17 Billion requests per hour. We own Full Stack technology products. We collaborate with 100 stakeholders and technological partners. Our technologies are used across the globe internally.

- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $119,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
