Amazon is Hiring a HR Generalist II Near Seattle, WA

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon.

Amazon are looking for an HR Generalist to support their Devices and Services work.

The Ideal candidate will be someone who has entry-level L1-L3 Support experience. Add to this HR policy and processes within a Global team and you may be a great match!

Responsibilities:

  • Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.
  • Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management.
  • Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.
  • May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Qualifications:

  • May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

Contract length: 6 months

Location: Seattle (Hybrid 3 days a week in office)

Pay Range $25-$30 per hour
