Summary of the role:
Fuse team is building out new products and features and expanding into new markets to achieve our S-Team goals for acquiring new to Amazon customers through 3P partnerships. In collaboration with Fuse stakeholders, the Recon team manages mechanisms to identify, prevent and resolve discrepancies in Fuse subscriptions data and invoicing data, including invoice disputes from 3P partners. Fuse Recon PM is the primary owner and operational interface for invoicing data disputes and reconciliation issues. The role manages data reconciliation for billing and payment collection purposes by diving deep into the billing data both manually and using automated tools to identify discrepancies between Fuse partner, integrator, and Amazon systems. This role aligns the billing data for all stakeholders, manages invoice adjustments pre and post invoice issuance, and ensures Fuse invoices are accurate and ready for payment (Note: FinOps manages Collections). To solve data discrepancies, this role collaborates with tech and non-tech stakeholders to determine path-to-green to complete the reconciliations and prevent repeat issues by providing relevant data to the proper stakeholder teams e.g. tech issues to Product team (TAM/TPM). This role may own and perform reconciliation analysis for the most complex issues.
This role sits in Seattle and supports partners in APAC/India regions with some ad hoc work in other regions as needed. Core hours 1PM-9PM PST, with 1-5PM PST in office three days a week.
