Annual Salary: $85,000-$90,000
Position Summary:
Full-time Program Manager (Inpatient) position available for the daily management and operations of Sea Mar Behavioral Health Residential facility in Seattle. The Program Manager coordinates the program and client's needs with the Senior VP, Chief Behavioral Health Officer. Ensures full compliance with the WAC, policies and procedures, the King County Integrated Care Network contract, Joint Commission accreditation body and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) guidelines. Understands multi-cultural issues relative to mental health and chemical dependency treatment. The Program Manager is an "Administrator" which is defined by per WAC 388-805-005 as the person designated responsible for the operation of the certified treatment service.
