Finance Operations Services is seeking a motivated, proactive individual to join our organization, supporting the Director of Global Finance Operations Services, PMO [Program Management Office], and an additional Director(s) as needed. This role requires experience with heavy calendaring, attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to effectively problem-solve, proactively anticipate and respond while maintaining flexibility and composure. We are seeking a resourceful, forward-thinking individual with a history of performing exceptionally in an ambiguous environment. A proven track record of effective time management, taking initiative, working independently, delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations is important. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, is self-driven and adapts to changing circumstances with grace and a sense of humor.
Qualifications: Successful candidates will posses the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance, have impeccable attention to detail, make smart and timely decisions, and react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. The ideal candidate will also have exceptional verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to switch gears at a moments notice. High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is a must and a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is required. High school or equivalent diploma required, Associates college degree preferred.
This position requires 3 years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs or CEOs) and excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
