Amazon Web Services Inc. is Hiring a Global Brand Partnerships Operations Manager Near Seattle, WA

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Interest and education in using generative AI to streamline processes
The Global Brand Partnership Team is seeking an Operations Manager to support our AWS Partners as they successfully grow their business on and with AWS. Our programs continue to evolve and scale as we connect diverse AWS Partners with new programs built around integrated marketing motions.
Key job responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and global marketing stakeholders to deliver solutions that can scale globally.
  • Develop training and resource materials for self-serve tools highlighting best practices and opportunities for efficiency.
  • Collect input from Global Stakeholders and incorporate into process improvements.
  • Proactively identify areas of need and be willing to support.
  • Serve as subject matter expert to Global Sponsorship Program Managers for best practices on sponsorship program execution regarding tooling, guidelines and process.
  • Work with tax, legal and finance to obtain contracts and manage approval/contract signing process for assigned sponsorship programs.
  • Work with 3rd party event agencies, guiding them to ensure timely delivery of sponsorship program deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and help in managing all deliverables and timelines associated with sponsorship.
  • Maintain team wikis with up to date information to ensure the success of our business partners.
  • Maintain a database of accurate launch dates for proper resourcing of our key stakeholders.
  • Some travel for onsite support for third party events
A day in the life
You will play a critical role, working across the global brand partnership organization to prepare the team for success. This position is responsible for developing streamlined processes, setting up systems to support programs year round and globally, maintaining data cleanliness, and improving our existing processes to create a center of operational excellence.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $64,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market.
