Job Summary:
The O’Pake Graduate Assistant of Innovation is responsible for assisting in the Technology Transfer Office, and biomedical and technology related client activity.
Position Responsibilities:
Chair of the Technology Transfer Office/ IP Committee (60%)
Manage Tech Transfer Activity
Intake
Project Management
Client Service
Training
Tracking
Oversee biomedical initiatives (15%)
Fellow Management (20%)
Life & Physical Sciences
Engineering
Pre-Law
Academic Services (5%)
Work alongside the other Graduate Assistants and related positions.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Platforms
Familiar with social media platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram)
Motivated, self-starting and hard working attitude
The ability to demonstrate time and project management skills
Education and Experience:
College Diploma or equivalent
2 years of related experience
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times
