The Business Management Trainet will enhance profitability by assisting the marketing and sales team in gauging perspectives of consumer needs and compiling campaign reports that outline a strategy. We need a Business Management Trainee who has well-developed core sales skills, a leadership background, market analysis, presentation skills, and attention to detail. The Business Management Consultant should be able to lead teams with a sound work ethic and exceptional client service. 

Business Management Trainee Duties: 

• Identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and execute sales initiatives to increase brand awareness
• Develop and present products directly to consumers to increase profit margins
• Establish new business with customers and maintain current relationships to increase customer retainment 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge

Business Management Consultant Qualifications: 

• Degree in Business or a related field preferred 
• 0-2 years of business, management, sales, or leadership experience
• Keen time management skills 
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others and lead a team
• Complex thinking and problem-solving skills
