Duties:
- Handle over the counter sales for walk in customers
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers within the designated market
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build rapport
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service in building supply trade preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet or exceed targets
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers as well as handling curent customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include POS counter, conducting outbound calls, developing relationships, and identifying business development opportunities. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with warm calling techniques, and possess strong negotiation abilities.
