  • Represent the product team in executive discussions, presenting product plans and performance metrics.

Market Insights

  • Continuously gather and analyze market data, competitive insights, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Validate product ideas through prototyping, market testing, and customer feedback.

Product Execution

  • Oversee all stages of the product life-cycle, from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Ensure that products are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.

Performance Metrics

  • Define and track key product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Risk Management

  • Anticipate and mitigate potential challenges or roadblocks in the product development process.
  • Address and resolve any issues that may affect product success.

  • Regularly update executive leadership on product performance and strategic alignment.

Continuous Improvement

  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

What you’ll bring

  • Ten years of product management experience, with five years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful B2B/B2C products to market.
  • Familiarity with fintech trading solutions for equities, options, mutual funds and fixed income.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs). A salary offer will be determined by a number of factors including experience, skill level, internal pay equity, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs regularly to ensure fair, equitable, and competitive pay. At Altruist, we are committed to providing fair, equitable, and competitive compensation by leveraging market data to inform our pay bands. Base salaries will be reviewed at regular intervals throughout the year, typically in conjunction with performance review cycles.
