We are currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our fast-paced HR dept, working in East Setauket (2 days) and Dix Hills (3 days). 2 years progressive experience in all facets of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition and Recruitment are essential. Experience working for a non-profit organization in a school setting strongly preferred. Experience with employee benefits, compensation and employee retention and full cycle recruitment. Knowledge of State and Federal Laws, ADP Payroll and HRIS competencies. Excellent time management, leadership, multitasking, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel. Excellent benefit package. This is a great opportunity to work in a positive, rewarding environment with an amazing team!

Qualifications:

PHR/SPHR preferred. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. 2 years progressive experience in all facets of Human Resources.

Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000
