We have a Lead Maintenance Tech position available at Railridge Apartments, a 160-conventional unit property located at 2515 Altamesa Blvd. Fort Worth, TX 76133. Join our team ASAP!

HVAC Certification is required. The on-call schedule is every other week.
You must be able to provide a high level of customer service to our residents.

Applicants not meeting the requirements will be rejected.

• A minimum of 1 year of full-time Lead Apartment Maintenance or 4 years of full-time experience in APARTMENT Assistant maintenance that requires knowledge of electricity, plumbing, pools, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
• Own a basic set of hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license/Transportation
• EPA certification required/ HVAC certification
• CPO Preferred
