We are seeking a skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess a blend of technical and customer service skills.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead maintenance staff in completing daily tasks
- Conduct routine maintenance on various systems within the facility
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities to supervise maintenance teams
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with residents and staff
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus
- Pay offer depends on experience (3 years of experience is preferred)
- HVAC Certified (preferred)
