Lead Financial Planning & Analysis for a Growing Company

We are searching for a sharp and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial success by leading the financial planning, analysis, and budget management processes. You will partner with leadership across the organization to ensure financial alignment with strategic objectives and provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to assess business performance, evaluate risk, and support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular reviews with department heads, analyzing financial metrics and trends to identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and process improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, effectively communicating complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of budgeting templates, tools, and guidelines to streamline and ensure accurate budgeting practices.
• Partner with the accounting team to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting, including month-end close activities and variance analysis.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in financial planning, modeling, and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
