Summary
In this position you will serve as a Program Manager on the Sex Offender Investigations Branch (SOIB) management team with responsibility for the Victim Witness Assistance Program (VWAP) and the Branch Support Unit.
This position is located in the Investigative Operations Division / Arlington, Virginia .

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.

Qualifications
TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit Promotion applicants must provide an SF50 Notice of Personnel Action that indicates proof of status and time-in-grade eligibility. The SF50 must include the position, title, series, grade, step, tenure, type of service (Competitive or Excepted) and career status (career or career-conditional). No award SF50 will be accepted as proof of status and time-in-grade eligibility.
  • One year at the GS-13 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-14 grade level.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the experience required for the grade level to which you apply.
To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, you must meet the following:
Specialized Experience: Experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. You must have at least one year (12 months) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing the following duties:
  1. Meeting with employees and/or teammates to set individual performance goals;
  2. Monitoring an operating budget for a program office and/or project management team;
  3. Presenting information, analyses, and recommendations to management officials; AND
  4. Developing documents outlining program and/or project goals and objectives for use within an office or team.
