Alpha Structural is a rapidly expanding design/build construction firm expert in residential and commercial foundation repairs, structural repairs, hillside stabilization, and retaining walls. We have been rebuilding the foundations of Los Angeles for thirty years.

We are looking for a full-time administrative assistant (9 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday) in our clean and modern construction office located in Sunland, CA. We need someone with Microsoft Office experience, reliable transportation, good communication skills and the ability to work fast! As an administrative assistant you will be a main point of contact for salesmen. The duties include:

· Answering the phones and routing the calls and messages to our salesmen

· Filing and scanning

· Assisting and planning projects

To be successful as a administrative assistant , you should have a pleasant personality with the ability to multitask in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
