As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Sales Associate.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and versatile Front Desk/Sales Associate to join our team. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage front desk responsibilities while also actively supporting sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and enthusiastic about promoting our Direct to Film Transfers to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Customer Service:
• Welcome and assist incoming customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Provide information about our Direct to Film Transfers and answer any questions customers may have about our products and services.
• Phone Communication:
• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate department.
• Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders and address any concerns.
• Order Follow-Up:
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all orders for Direct to Film Transfers.
• Verify that products are correctly shelved and orders are completed on time, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Product Knowledge and Training:
• Receive training on our Direct to Film Transfer products to effectively assist customers and provide guidance on placing orders.
• Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Sales Outreach:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce Alpha Print LLC and our Direct to Film Transfers to potential customers.
• Collect contact information from prospective clients and follow up to nurture leads and schedule appointments.
• Sample Shipment:
• Arrange and ship samples of our Direct to Film Transfers to potential customers as part of the sales outreach process.
• Maintain accurate records of sample shipments and follow up with recipients to gather feedback and assess interest.
• Customer Visits:
• Occasionally visit major customers to maintain relationships, address concerns, and gather feedback.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car for travel to customer locations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car.
