Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Content Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with our social media team to create compelling visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our target audience. This position will involve actively capturing videos for a minimum of 2 hours per day.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the social media team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Capture high-quality videos of our products, events, and company culture to be shared across various social media platforms, dedicating at least 2 hours per day to video content creation.
- Ensure that all content is delivered in a timely manner and meets the requirements and goals of our social media campaigns.
- Optimize content for different social media channels, considering each platform's unique features and audience preferences.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media content creation, and incorporate innovative ideas into our content strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to gather information and insights that will inform our content creation process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas that align with our brand values.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media studies, or a related field is preferred.
