As a Counter Sales / Customer Service Representative for us, you will be the first point-of-contact for our customers. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and at the sales counter. Your primary goals will be to increase sales and average order size by cross-selling, up-selling, promoting add-on sales, and offering promotional as well as new products.
