Alpha Medicine & Rehab is Hiring a Patient Coordinator Near Miami, FL
This is a part-time position with possibilities of full-time.
Hours of operation: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am-6pm.
English and Spanishspeaking is required.

Alpha Medicine and Rehab is a facility specializing in rehabilitation services such as physical therapy, orthopedics, pain management and neurology. We offer services aimed at helping individuals recover from injuries, surgeries, and other medical conditions with the goal of restoring function and overall quality of life.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and compassionate Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth patient flow and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
-Send/schedule referrals based on provider recommendations
- Schedule/Confirm patient appointments and follow-ups
- Scan/Upload/Maintain accurate patient records
- Greet and check-in patients upon their arrival
-Assit patients with paperwork
- Verify insurance information
Skills:
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients in a professional manner
- Experience in a medical office setting
-Abllity to Multitask
