• Source and build relationships with buyers
• Schedule and attend property inspections
• Schedule and attend property showings
• Receive and review purchase and sale agreements with end buyers
• Negotiate with buyers and sellers on properties to sell inventory
• Keep Salesforce updated on all of your assigned transactions
• Close assigned transactions in a timely and profitable manner

• Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
• Extremely strong phone skills Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
