ALOHA Collection is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team!

OVERVIEW: The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our online sales channels. This strategic leadership role involves initiating and managing cross-functional campaigns, overseeing performance marketing, and executing strategies to enhance online sales and customer growth. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce trends, and customer behavior.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive paid acquisition strategy aligned with ALOHA Collection’s overall business growth goals.
  • Optimize and manage paid media budgets, closely tracking KPIs, and providing strategic recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
  • Driving the direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue by leading the development of growth strategies and reactive initiatives.
  • Developing and executing promotional campaigns that fulfill both topline revenue and margin requirements.
  • Lead relationships with third party digital marketing agencies, including contract management, scope and team alignment, while driving our long-term success and brand integrity.
  • Create detailed execution plans and supporting initiatives to achieve ecommerce revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion into new markets or product categories.
  • Regularly analyze e-commerce performance data and prepare reports for senior leadership, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimizations.
  • Partner with the Digital Product team to define the roadmap and product requirements that will deliver against the eCommerce strategy and enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to help foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth.

EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4-6 years of work experience with at least 3 years spent running large performance marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge & understanding of the entire performance marketing landscape
  • A proven track record of building and scaling channels up to $1M /mo in spend; delivering strong results.
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms and technologies, including, but not limited to, Google Facebook Ads Manager, Shopify, Google Analytics.
  • A perspective on how to build world-class campaigns in today’s changing landscape – attribution methodologies, tools to use, how to run effective campaigns, metrics to measure, etc.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce KPIs, data analysis and reporting
