The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, newsletters, funnels, pitch decks, CRM systems, and more. This is a full-time, in-house position that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing, branding, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our properties and brand.
• Manage multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms.
• Design and distribute newsletters to various stakeholders, including investors, partners, and guests.
• Create and manage marketing funnels to drive engagement and conversions.
• Develop pitch decks and other presentation materials to support business development and investor relations.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships, track interactions, and optimize communication strategies.
• Collaborate with the asset management team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industries.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and the ability to manage and analyze customer data effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
