(20-25 Live Transfers/Day)

Salary & Full Benefits:

• $3600 per month base salary ($43,200 per year) BONUS Daily SPIFFS and the bulk of the opportunity in the tiered commission structure.
• Health, Dental, and Vision Coverage

The (OTE) for someone entering this position is $104,527 based on hitting the metrics set by the business. REQUIREMENTS

• No prior insurance experience, please come as you are.
• Sales experience is preferred (this is a high volume closing role)
• We’ll help you obtain your insurance license in the first 30 days!
• Must be able to pass a background check

People who do well typically transition from solar, real estate, automotive, or from gym sales.
