We have an immediate need for a Litigation Associate Attorney at a leading law firm conveniently located in Philadelphia. This is a full time direct hire opportunity that will work a hybrid schedule.

Job Duties Include:

• Managing your own cases
• Drafting pleadings and legal documents
• Taking and defending depositions
• Providing strategic legal analysis
• Appearing in court as needed.

Job Requirements Include:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Be admitted to practice in PA and NJ
• 4 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably defending liability claims
• Experience drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, answering written discovery, taking/defending depositions and handling oral arguments
• Experience in premises liability, general liability, automobile, and insurance defense
• Strong academic credentials as well as strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
