Meyerson & Miller is Hiring a Litigation Attorney Near Philadelphia, PA

Boutique Center City law firm specializing in sophisticated, complex litigation seeks an attorney. 3 to 10 years of litigation experience required with particular interest in candidates who have previous experience as a district attorney, public defender, or civil trial attorney in professional negligence cases. We are a plaintiffs’ firm focusing on professional negligence (legal and medical malpractice) and minority shareholder oppression claims.

A successful candidate will work independently on legal writing, research, discovery, taking depositions and assisting at trial. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for interactions with attorneys, support staff, clients, and outside vendors, as well as proficiency with MS Word, MS Outlook, and Excel. Compensation will consist of a base salary/draw with opportunities for bonuses dependent upon case results. Many of our cases are litigated on a contingent fee basis.
