Requirements
Proven customer support experience
Previous call center experience a plus
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma or GED
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office suite of products
Ability to learn and use new company specific software
