Food safety or quality responsibilities within job. All staff are responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues to those that can initiate action.
1. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the front office
2. Professionally answers the telephone and connects calls accordingly
3. Directs outside visitors / contractors to the appropriate staff members while ensuring SQF practices are adhered to
4. Stamps and labels mail/packages for pick up and distributes daily mail/packages to proper addressee
5. Process weekly payroll by checking time cards, managing time off requests, adding sick/vacation time, and generating reports
6. Records employee information such as attendance, disciplinary action, and termination dates
7. Assist with editing human resources communications content including company announcements, presentations, policies, forms, training material and job descriptions etc.
8. Plans and conducts new employee/temporary orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
9. Provides clerical and admin duties as assigned
10. Perform other related duties as required
11. Responsible for the quality of the work and implementation of the food safety/quality procedures applicable to the processes that they perform.
12. Report all safety incidents.
13. Responsible to report any food safety/quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action – SQF Practitioner or direct supervisor.
