Allshore Virtual Staffing is Hiring a Sales Executive Near Kansas, KS

We are looking for a dynamic and results-drive individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales and a strong background in cold outreach. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with prospects, building relationships, and closing deals for the range of services offered by us, including contact center consulting, packaged software implementation, software integrations, managed services and support. If you are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, self-managed environment, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify target markets, generate leads, cold call, negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Partner with our marketing resources on lead generation activities including webinars, social media outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Work with third-party outreach agencies to identify and source quality leads
  • Work with delivery organization to schedule demos, present pricing, and close deals.
  • Maintain leads and opportunities in our CRM system
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in enterprise and small business sales, with a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong background in cold outreach and prospecting, with experience in identifying and engaging with key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technology services including managed services, consulting and contact centers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is good to have but not mandatory.
