Position: Executive Assistant
Job Summary:
We're seeking an exceptionally organized Executive Assistant with a bachelor's degree to join our medical office team. The role demands adept multitasking, superb communication, and a knack for maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage executive calendars, handling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, distribute, and organize correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, preparing agendas, presentations, and capturing meeting minutes.
- Tackle general office duties, from phone calls to emails, and maintain document filing systems.
- Keep the office stocked, organized, and running smoothly.
- Pitch in on special projects and events.
- Handle sensitive information discreetly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality.
