Summary
The Project Coordinator (PM Service Delivery) will be accountable for the successful for the complete implementation lifecycle of fiber and copper based ethernet circuits and hosted VOIP, SIP, and IP-PRI services. This role ensures that the complete cycle of service delivery is finished on time and in accordance with Allied and industry best practices. They will be involved with planning, finalizing network designs, circuit ordering and provisioning, data / voice services provisioning and activation, technician installation, and order closure to start billing. They will interact directly with customers, vendors, commercial property managers, building engineers and internal peers. Candidate must a maintain a high level of professionalism, focus, and patience managing multiple competing priorities in a high-pressure environment. Must have excellent time management and organizational skills managing a high volume of tasks and activities via email, internal instant messaging system (Slack), phone, and CRM (Salesforce.com). Must be able to communicate technical information and telecom acronyms in a manner the customer can
comprehend. Must be able to effectively manage multiple high demand customers, ranging from individual contributors to C-Level executives.
Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Manage multiple projects (Data and VoIP) through full life cycle and ensure they are delivered on time and in accordance with Allied and industry best practices.
  • Finalize network designs and coordinate the onsite delivery and configuration of all hardware and Data/VOIP services.
  • Communicate professionally and coordinate with customers, vendors and internal resources to ensure successful delivery of project.
  • Manage end of life contracts and coordinate the termination of services and removal of hardware.
  • Ensure that all internal and external customer communications are performed in a prompt, courteous and continuous manner throughout the duration of each service delivery project.
  • Review all issues related to service delivery projects and develop an action plan to resolve them within Operations, Engineering and Sales departments.
  • Update of Allied’s systems, such as SalesForce, and ensure all other systems are updated with the service delivery project status.

Preferred Skills:
  • Attitude and motivation level are our top priorities. We can train the right candidate, but the following skills are preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple service delivery projects on tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing and Routing Protocols.
  • Ability to Configure CPE devices such as switches and routers.
  • Experience configuring / supporting hosted VoIP customers on the Broadworks platform [R14 – R17]. Working knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, SCCP, and RTP.
  • Experience in provisioning best practices in a data and VoIP environment.
  • Experience in customer facing projects, communicating and negotiating with the executive level stake holders on the customer side.
  • Experience and skill in Change Control Management process and has a solid understanding and experience in managing Triple Constraints (Scope, Time, and Budget) on complex and dynamic projects.
  • Complex problem solving skills in Data and VoIP installation projects.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking, planning and execution activities.
  • Knowledge / experience with customer service systems and tools.
