Part-Time Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for on-site work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Offering $25-30 per hour, this role requires a meticulous professional with a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience and proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. General Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable, including data entry.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, securing appropriate approvals.
• Review the general ledger for proper classification.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and organized files.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Liaise with accountants.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience with proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
