Overview
The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison, providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. Gives prompt reply to all phone and email correspondence. Focuses on “key customer accounts” and handles the maintenance on a more individualized basis. Communicates effectively with team members within the department and with other company personnel, as required to advance the service level. Immediate attention given to the resolution of discrepancy invoices.
\nResponsibilities
