The User Experience (UX) Senior Manager leads a team of designers accountable for digital assets that support interactions and touch points with financial professionals (FinPros) and customers including email, website components, landing pages, chat and other digital channels. You will work with partners in Marketing, Distribution, Operations and other responsibilities to incorporate feedback and design solutions that meet organizational design standards and serve to enhance a positive customer experience. The UX Senior Manager will bring forward best practices including insights into competitive market trends and advocate for continuous improvement and new ideas through usability testing and iterative design. You will report to the Sr. Director, User Experience and Digital Solutions.
What you do:
Customer & FinPro Experience:
  • Participate in Customer Experience-driven work like journey creation, journey mapping and experience design; participate in brainstorming to create the best digital presence in the market
  • Stay on top of competitive landscape and advocate to create the best experience on our digital channels
  • You will be a subject matter expert in user experience and digital best practices and evangelizes current trends and patterns
UX Practice:
  • You will work with Digital leadership team to build organizational UX strategy including measurement of experience-driven work
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and design direction, interpret organizational design standards and implement for the local organization
  • Ensure a solid foundation of UX discovery & research, controls and documentation for design process and decisions
  • Lead the team accountable for designing digital assets that support several initiatives such as: emails, website components, landing pages, and other digital channels like chat
  • You will oversee a positive team environment through feedback with a focus on employee engagement and development
  • You will Identify opportunities to build skills for the future and lead the team in staying current with relevant emerging technologies, practices and trends
What you bring:
  • 6-7 years of experience required
  • Experience creating mobile, accessible and experience-driven design solutions with user-centric approach and focus on driving positive end-user experience and enhancements
  • Prior experience working in Financial Services, Advisory FinTech or related
  • Four-year degree required, Graphic Design or equivalent relevant work experience
