Job Brief •

We are looking for an experienced, problem-solving Employee Experience Consultant to join our team of curious thinkers. You will join a collaborative team in a fast-paced, project-focused environment, focused on listening to, caring for, and connecting with clients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our CESO HR team and external clients.

Responsibilities •

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide human resources operational guidance and support to clients.
  • Analyze human resources data to provide school district clients with actionable recommendations.
  • Create and deliver client initiatives, projects and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local tax laws.
  • Conduct assessments of organizational human resources health.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and professional development.
  • Utilize feedback mechanisms and data analysis to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date on current trends, policies, laws and best practices related to the education sector.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for school administrators and staff.

What Makes a Great Candidate •

  • Work experience as a Human Resources Specialist or other relevant role
  • Proficient in the use of human resources software
  • Strong understanding of K-12 education dynamics and operations
  • Capable of working on a number of projects at once
  • Able to receive privileged information and keep it confidential
  • Ability to work on a collaborative team toward common goals
  • Navigate workplace conflict with grace, communicating “up not out” and being an active participant in finding healthy next steps
  • Patient and empathetic communication
  • Great facilitation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging workshops, training programs and detailed projects
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion principles in the workplace

Nice to Have •

  • Proficient in the use of Google Suite/Internet navigation and search skills.
  • Proficient in the use of or ability to learn Asana which is a task and project management software.
  • Strong ability and desire to learn additional technology and software applications utilized by CESO.
  • BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • Full-time, non-exempt position
