RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce client located in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an API Customer Experience Professional to aid in customer and client interactions for Customer Experience platforms. This will be a remote role, however could turn hybrid during its duration.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6 years of experience
* Feature testing and User experience
* Writing Procedures and processes (process flows)
* Backlog management
* Jira and confluence
* Epics, story creation and test script creation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
