Alliance Workforce is Hiring a CNC Operator Near Largo, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines such as mills, lathes, and switchboards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and switchboards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Knowledge of G-code programming is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
