Job Description
Sales Support Representative
Hours: Monday –Friday: 10:30am-7:30pm
Description:
Sales Support assists the inside and outside sales teams to provide high quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Place orders.
- Place quotes.
- Communicate with customers as needed.
- Interact/communicate with Cam/Production as needed.
- Generate change orders.
- Process stencil orders.
- Cover reception.
- End of night reports.
- Databases clean up.
- Manage matrix customers.
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
